A. Very little. When we visit, we will need access to the interior or exterior window/area so some clearing may be necessary. If we cannot come to your location and be onsite, we will need your window measurements to complete a quote- Please contact us for instruction on how to accurately perform this.

A. We travel to all areas, metropolitan and country within South Australia - no job is too small or too big! Please contact us for a measure and quote.
Q. On ordering, what is the process?
A. Once you have placed an order and are happy with your quote, your consultant will visit you onsite to re-check the measurements - all this is included in our pricing.
Q. On ordering, what is the timeframe?
A. Most orders can be manufactured, supplied and installed within approximately 4 weeks. The except is timber plantation shutters - these are overseas orders and require approximately 6 weeks to manufacture and ship.
